All enrollments in Geniusmart Academy programs are final once payment is confirmed. We do not accept cancellation requests after enrollment.

Refund Policy

• All payments made towards any program, mentorship plan, or service are strictly non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances including non-attendance, partial attendance, change of plan, or dissatisfaction.
• Learners are encouraged to review the program details, syllabus and pricing carefully before enrolling.

Warranty

Geniusmart Academy does not provide any guarantee or warranty of financial returns, investment performance, trading profits or job outcomes. All learning is for educational purposes only.

Liability

• Geniusmart Academy and its mentors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our content, sessions or recommendations.
• Investments and trading activities involve market risk. Learners are fully responsible for their own decisions.

Service Delivery

Programs are delivered through live online sessions, recorded content, study material and community access. We reserve the right to update curriculum and delivery formats to improve learning quality.
